What can I say about my Real Estate experience with Ryan Podnar, really not enough. I met him while he was out walking and delivering his postcards one day. He smiled and something said to me that this was the Salesperson I should talk to and use. He was very nice and surprised me at how patient and knowledgeable he was and taking time to answer my questions. I have had many bad experiences in the past with other agents. It is clear Ryan is the exception. I still can’t believe what he did for me. Not only did he sell my house for a great price in just a couple days, he found me exactly what I was looking for in another house within the week after he sold mine. He also negotiated a great price too. I was very happy and impressed. I can’t talk enough about him. Ryan knew exactly what had to be done to get me the price I was looking for and he knew how to do it. Ryan even painted more than half my house and did all kinds of stuff for me. Who does that? When all that was done, he set up my house and staged it to look great, I almost didn’t want to move. And lastly on moving day he came by first thing in the morning and helped me move everything himself, loaded up almost my entire house. I can really say he made me feel comfortable thru the whole process.
