What can I say about my Real Estate experience with Ryan Podnar, really not enough. I met him while he was out walking and delivering his postcards one day. He smiled and something said to me that this was the Salesperson I should talk to and use. He was very nice and surprised me at how patient and knowledgeable he was and taking time to answer my questions. I have had many bad experiences in the past with other agents. It is clear Ryan is the exception. I still can’t believe what he did for me. Not only did he sell my house for a great price in just a couple days, he found me exactly what I was looking for in another house within the week after he sold mine. He also negotiated a great price too. I was very happy and impressed. I can’t talk enough about him. Ryan knew exactly what had to be done to get me the price I was looking for and he knew how to do it. Ryan even painted more than half my house and did all kinds of stuff for me. Who does that? When all that was done, he set up my house and staged it to look great, I almost didn’t want to move. And lastly on moving day he came by first thing in the morning and helped me move everything himself, loaded up almost my entire house. I can really say he made me feel comfortable thru the whole process. If you are looking for an agent, please call him, you really won’t be disappointed, I highly recommend him, and he really does go above and beyond. We bumped into Ryan as he was moving an open house sign from our parents' lawn one Sunday afternoon. Who would have thought that after our brief encounter he would be so willing to send us listings of homes that may fit our very specific criteria for our dream home. Ryan may start out as your realtor, but by the end he’s more like a friend who gives you amazing advice and help when buying your house.  I spent close to 3 years looking for a house, changing my mind on location, house type, price, just about everything.  Not once did Ryan complain, he just went along and gave me all the information I needed.  When I found out I was pregnant I realized I had to hurry and make some decisions so I laid out the situation to Ryan.  Little did I know that Ryan was in the hospital at the time but still ended up responding within a matter of hours apologising for not responding more promptly and while still in the hospital we narrowed down areas based on the new husband and baby factor as well as the market.  Right away we went to see more houses, and true to Ryan fashion, he came equipped with knowledge on the area; past, current and potential future market value; complete history of each house and while touring the houses he’d point out the additional work required and costs associated with them, as well as helping find what anti-nausea medication works best for morning-sickness.  When we went to make an offer on a house we fell in love with, he helped us get the best price – under asking!  As I was traveling the day after we put the offer in, he coordinated with my family to pick up the draft cheque, worked with my mortgage advisor and lawyer and even did the house inspection and reviewed it with me while we were sitting on a beach in Cuba!  Ryan has such a wealth of knowledge, and when he doesn’t know something he will go and find the answer for you.  He has been not just a great advisor when it came to purchasing my house, but also a great friend who has gone above and beyond in every way possible.  Can you imagine a realtor that apologizes for not being able to help you move because he has fractured ribs??  That’s the type of realtor Ryan is.
