There are not many places where you receive 5 star service with a genuine smile. This is what we experienced when we decided to trust Ryan Podnar with the purchase and sale of our homes. We bumped into Ryan as he was moving an open house sign from our parents' lawn one Sunday afternoon. Who would have thought that after our brief encounter he would be so willing to send us listings of homes that may fit our very specific criteria for our dream home. When we decided to sell our home a friend of the family strongly urged us to contact Ryan. During our initial conversation Ryan was pleasant and requested a time to meet to discuss our needs. Ryan was punctual and by far the most prepared realtor we interviewed. What can I say about my Real Estate experience with Ryan Podnar, really not enough. I met him while he was out walking and delivering his postcards one day. He smiled and something said to me that this was the Salesperson I should talk to and use. He was very nice and surprised me at how patient and knowledgeable he was and taking time to answer my questions. I have had many bad experiences in the past with other agents. It is clear Ryan is the exception. I still can’t believe what he did for me. Not only did he sell my house for a great price in just a couple days, he found me exactly what I was looking for in another house within the week after he sold mine.
